Employee Education: Fraud, False Claims, Whistleblower Protections
Section 6032 of the Deficit Reduction Act of 2005 requires employers who receive Medicaid reimbursement to provide annual education regarding its policies regarding identifying and reporting fraud and false claims and the protections provided to whistle blowers.
