Direct Deposit Delays

Grace Team,

We understand that those of you with Direct Deposit have not yet received your pay.  We reviewed this with our payroll company this morning.  Grace submitted the payroll file and payroll funds on time.  However, since yesterday was a Federal Banking Holiday (Veterans Day), the direct deposit information and funds that we sent to your banks were not processed on time.  We expect that all of your banks will process your direct deposits by the close of business today, but at this time there is nothing more we can do.  It is up to your banks.  We are very sorry about this inconvenience.
