HomeCentris will be holding an open enrollment information session for caregivers interested in medical, prescription drug, and ancillary coverage for the upcoming year. Coverage this year will be provided by Kaiser Permanente. Please review the Benefits Guide below and attend our Open Enrollment Zoom meeting.

You must re-enroll even if you currently have benefits through HomeCentris. The deadline to enroll is Tuesday, September 12, 2023.
