Our Skilled Home Health agencies, in Maryland and Virginia, are accredited by CHAP. Accreditation is a process of third-party review that allows healthcare organizations to demonstrate their ability to meet regulatory requirements and standards established by a recognized accreditation organization. Accreditation reflects an agency’s dedication and commitment to meeting standards that demonstrate a higher level of performance and patient care. Accreditation is regarded as one of the key benchmarks for measuring the quality of an organization.
In addition, HomeCentris is continually ranked as one of Maryland’s highest quality agencies for both clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. We are proud to say we are one of Maryland’s only agency that is rated as Five Star for both clinical outcomes as well as patient outcomes. You may check our results at Medicare’s Home Health Compare website.
