HomeCentris Healthcare’s vision and values are called The HomeCentris WayThe HomeCentris Way consists of our core values, our core purpose, and our envisioned future and they are the guideposts for “the way we do things around here.”  It is the basis of HomeCentris’ culture and it helps solidify the compassionate care and excellent outcomes we have provided Mid-Atlantic seniors since 2000.

Core Purpose

HomeCentris’ Core Purpose describes why our team members come to work every day.  In study after study, Americas seniors have expressed the desire to remain independent at home and age in place rather than moving to a more institutional level of care.  At HomeCentris, our mission is to continually strive to find new resources and solutions to empower our clients to remain in their homes.  Officially, our Core Purpose is:

Core Values

HomeCentris’ Core Values describe who we are as a company.  They are the backbone of The HomeCentris Way.  They describe the way we do things at HomeCentris.  They are unchanging and help guide our interactions with clients and patients, family members, staff members and all other members of the communities we serve.  Below are the HomeCentris Core Values and some key examples of each value as envisioned by our staff.
