The purpose of HomeCentris’ Employee of the Month Program is to recognize employees who have served HomeCentris in an exceptional manner service through his or her work and who have exhibited a positive and supportive attitude.
The Employee of the Month Program is open to ALL field staff and office staff. The nominee should be an employee that has shown outstanding service within the month of submission. The nominee should also be an employee that exhibits the vision and values described in the HomeCentris Way. For the specific criteria, click here.
Nominees will be judged on specific examples that align with our core values and will by the Engagement Committee each month.
Nominations for Employee of the Month should be returned no later than the 25th of each month. Winners will be announced on the 1st Wednesday of each month via our social media platforms. For the nominees that do not win, they will still receive recognition on our Facebook Live Broadcast, and they will receive a celebratory email for their hard work and dedication along with their nomination form so they are aware of the kind words submitted on their behalf.
