New Client Sales Commission Program

Do you know someone who would benefit from HomeCentris’ services? We’re always looking for new clients.

To register a potential client, please complete this form and return it to the Admissions Coordinator.
You are eligible for a sales commission when your registered client (who has not previously been a client) is admitted to HomeCentris Personal Care.
If the individual you registered is admitted as a client, you will receive a sales commission of $100.
Sales commission will only be paid once per client. If a candidate is registered by more than one caregiver, the first registration received will be the one rewarded if the candidate is admitted.
