OPEN ENROLLMENT for CAREGIVERS
November 7, 2025 – November 25, 2025
One of the advantages of working for HomeCentris is the menu of benefits we offer our caregivers. In addition to our 401(k) plan and other benefits, we also offer medical and prescription drug coverage. Starting Friday, November 7, 2025, HomeCentris will begin its annual open enrollment period for caregivers interested in medical and prescription drug coverage. We have also added Pet insurance/discounts that are all employee paid.
Please review the guide specific to the state where you live. All eligible employees must log into Employee Navigator to elect or decline coverages. On November 7th you will receive a registration email from Employee Navigator. Click the link to register. Company Identifier: HCHMD.
