Dear HomeCentris Team,
As many of you know, we recently went through a consolidation of EVV software and are now using HHAexchange across all of our Pennsylvania locations. For some of you, this is not a change. For others, the transition to using HHAexchange for electronic visit verification (EVV) meant learning a new system. We appreciate your willingness to learn and cooperate during this transition.
This consolidation is a part of our ongoing commitment to delivering high quality and compliant care. In addition to consolidating our software, this transition provides the perfect opportunity to standardize some of the processes around EVV, payroll, and work verifications (missed punch forms).
The following rules apply to all Pennsylvania locations:
- All caregivers are expected to use EVV. This is a non-negotiable requirement of our State and Managed Care Partners.
- The best way to get paid on time is to use the timekeeping system and clock in and out accurately.
- Visits with missed punches cannot be paid until verification of hours worked is completed. This may result in delayed pay.
- Any missed punches or punch modifications must be submitted via the approved missed punch form found here: https://homecentris.com/time/
- Incomplete missed punch forms cannot be accepted.
- The pay week ends on Sundays at midnight (12:00).
- Pay is weekly and payday is Friday.
- Any missed punch forms submitted by Tuesday at Noon will be processed in the payroll that pays out on the upcoming Friday.
- Completed timesheets received after payroll close will result in a delay in pay.
- Direct deposit additions and changes are dependent on bank timing and may not be immediately effective. This may result in a paper check being issued while processing occurs.
- A self-service portal is available for viewing of paystubs and other payroll information. Contact human resources at [email protected] for assistance enrolling.
