We want to say thank you to our caregivers and clinicians!  You are the hard-working backbone of HomeCentris, and we appreciate everything you do to help make our company a success.  Whether you are working in our personal care or home health divisions, your dedication and hard work do not go unnoticed.

The COVID pandemic presented new and difficult challenges, but you all rose to the occasion, adapting to new ways of working, and finding ways to keep providing excellent care for our patients.  2022 saw the easing of some COVID restrictions, but workforce shortages have continued to put a strain on those of you picking up extra shifts.  We understand that it was not easy, but your grit, resilience, and commitment to Excellence have been a tremendous asset to the organization.  You are what makes HomeCentris great, and we want to take this opportunity to acknowledge and appreciate you.

It is important to take a step back and recognize the efforts of our employees.   I understand that taking a moment to say “thank you” to our caregivers and clinicians can possibly help you feel more connected since you are rarely here with us and hopefully helps to keep you motivated, engaged, and satisfied at work.  I have been particularly impressed with the way our employees stepped up during times of crisis.  You navigated through unprecedented challenges, demonstrated flexibility, and adapted to new ways of working, all while keeping the team motivated and engaged.  It is not easy to work under such pressures, but your persistence and dedication to teamwork and collaboration helped us navigate the storm.  Without your contributions, we wouldn’t be where we are today.

We hope you understand how much we value your hard work and contributions to the organization.  We are committed to fostering a culture that recognizes and rewards hard work and dedication, and we will continue to explore new and innovative ways to support and encourage you.
