HomeCentris is Growing For You — One Platform for All Your Work Needs

Big changes are coming to HomeCentris that will make your work life simpler. Starting January 1, 2026, HomeCentris is moving to a new payroll and HR system called ADP Workforce Now. This is the same system used by many large healthcare organizations, and it will bring everything you need into one easy-to-use place — your pay, benefits, schedules, retirement, training, and more.

What This Means for You

You’ll no longer have to log in to several different websites to find your paystub, check your time-off balance, or see your benefits. ADP Workforce Now puts all that in one spot. You’ll have your own secure account where you can see your information anytime — on your phone, tablet, or computer.

You’ll also get the ADP Mobile App, which means you can view your pay details, benefits, and time off balances right from your phone. Whether you work in the office or in the field, you’ll have faster and easier access to your information whenever you need it.

Please note: Caregivers will continue to clock in and out in their current systems, either MEDsys/Vincent or Home Health Exchange. No changes here.

What’s Happening With Pay

Your pay is not being changed, but some pay dates and pay cycles may change by a few days so that we can get everyone at HomeCentris on the same pay schedule. This helps our processing efficiency as we have several pay periods today.

The last 2025 paycheck will still come from your current payroll system. Your 2025 W2 will come from your current payroll provider.
Beginning with the first 2026 pay period, which starts in late December, you’ll be paid through ADP. For many of you, the only difference you will notice is ADP is on your check or paystub and not Paylocity.
Depending on your location and position, your pay day might move by a few days — but you’ll always be paid for every hour worked.

We’ll share your exact new pay schedule ahead of time so there are no surprises. You’ll also be able to see your updated pay calendar right in ADP.

Why We’re Doing This

HomeCentris is growing fast, and we want to make sure our systems grow with us. Moving to ADP means fewer logins, fewer software packages to reconcile, fewer mistakes, and fewer delays. It also means you get faster, clearer access to your information — without having to call HR or your supervisor for things you can now do yourself.

This change is all about making your job a little easier, your information safer, and your experience smoother.
